Delivery, clearly explained.

Draft — not yet approved by the owner. Nothing on this page may be relied on. It stays a draft until the owner reviews and approves it.

This page is being prepared. GLASSCORE orders your items from the factory after you order, receives them, and then sends them on to you. Until this page is published, send a support request from the help centre at /help with any question about delivery.

How your order travels

We source your items from our factory partners after you order, then arrange delivery to you.

  1. Factory preparation

After your order is confirmed, the factory prepares your items and releases them for transport.

  2. Factory ships to GLASSCORE

The inbound leg, from the factory to GLASSCORE. You never see this journey as your delivery tracking.

  3. GLASSCORE receives and checks

Your items are received, checked and prepared for the journey to you.

  4. GLASSCORE delivers to you

The outbound leg, from GLASSCORE to your address. Tracking for your delivery starts here.

Two legs, one delivery to you. GLASSCORE holds no stock. Your items are ordered from the factory after you order, the factory sends them to GLASSCORE (the inbound leg), and GLASSCORE then sends them on to you (the outbound leg).

Nothing is shipped to you directly from a factory, and the inbound factory tracking is never shown as your delivery tracking.

Delivery timing to be confirmed

An arrival estimate is only complete when all four legs above are known. If any one is unknown, no total and no arrival window is shown. Holiday calendars and carrier cutoff times are not configured, and business-day maths skips Saturdays and Sundays only.

Open a product page and enter your ZIP code in its delivery estimator to see the charge and arrival window the demo would apply to that item.

What each tracking step means

  1. Order received
  2. Factory confirmed
  3. Preparing your order
  4. Preparing for dispatch
  5. Shipped to you
  6. Delivered

Until the outbound handoff, your order is not “Shipped to you”. While goods are on the inbound leg the status reads “On the way to GLASSCORE” in the detail line only.

Delivery options and costs

Delivery options

Example only: the demo includes one fictional curbside freight scenario. It is a fixed made-up charge, it requires a phone number because the freight carrier would call to schedule a curbside delivery, and its tax line is labelled as a fictional demo tax rather than a real tax determination.

It exists to exercise the checkout flow. It is not a rate, a service or an offer.

Costs

Delivery charges and tax come from fixed demo scenarios. No carrier, zone, freight policy or tax engine is connected.

This page quotes no charge of its own.

To see the charge and arrival window the demo would apply to a specific item, use the ZIP estimator on that product's page.

Tracking

Tracking for your delivery exists only once GLASSCORE hands your order to the outbound carrier. The factory's own shipment to GLASSCORE has separate tracking that is never shown as yours.
